Project background

Packington Hall is Grade II listed. The building used to be an old manner house, which was then converted into a cable pulling factory.

The property is located about 2 miles from Lichfield, in beautiful and extensive grounds, presenting a noble and compact appearance. This is something we plan to restore, ensuring the building remains a historical building alongside welcoming a small community.

Lichfield is a cathedral city and civil parish in Staffordshire, England. The centre of the city has over 230 listed buildings (including many examples of Georgian architecture), and preserves much of its historic character. It is situated roughly 16 miles north of Birmingham, 9 miles from Walsall and 13 miles from Burton Upon Trent.
