QDTS Construction is a Midlands-based main contractor. Established in 2014, we have successfully delivered a diverse range of innovative, multi-disciplined projects across the Midlands and Southern regions.

Our professional teams have over 150 years combined experience within the construction industry, across a variety of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Assisted Living and Redevelopment.

By working in partnership with our tried and tested consultant partners (including architects, structural engineers, mechanical and electrical engineers, interior designers, planning consultants, landscape architects and building control) we are able to offer a comprehensive design service.

From the initial planning stage through to Practical Completion and beyond, we have the skills, the knowledge and the innovation to deliver your expectations.

 
 

Our Projects

Since our inception in 2014 we are proud to have delivered a variety of successful projects across the Midlands and Southern regions. These include high quality, new build housing developments in Halesowen and Little Kineton; the residential redevelopment of the Petwick Farm Barns in Challow, Oxfordshire; a high rise, new build student accommodation development in Birmingham and the redevelopment of The Old Picture House in Lichfield to provide 38 new apartments.

Current projects include Bridge Street Studios – a new build student accommodation development in Birmingham City Centre and Packington Hall – a Grade II listed redevelopment to provide six luxury apartments and 22 new build homes in Lichfield.
