Project background

This project is taking place on land that was previously an old Brownfield site, with an already existing house that had become dilapidated and not fit for any purpose.

Austrey is a beautiful rural village and civil parish situated at the northern most point of Warwickshire and is within a short distance of the borders of Staffordshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire.

It lies mid-way between Tamworth in Staffordshire and Ashby-de-la-Zouch in Leicestershire. Close by are the National Forest and the Bosworth Field where in 1485 King Richard III died in action.
